COVID-19 Policy

St. Bernard's Hockey Club follows all of the New York State Sports and Recreation COVID 19 Guidelines. In addition, we follow all St. Bernard's protocols for testing and quarantine. If your player is absent from school due to quarantine, we require this also be extended to all STBHC activities as well.

STBHC also follows the below safety guidelines and protocols established by our rinks: 

• Everyone age 12+ must have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine in order to enter.
• Everyone age 12+ must complete the Vaccine Verification Form and show proof of Vaccination upon their first arrival. (Valid Proof of Vaccination - NY: Excelsior Pass Plus; NJ: Docket; or paper pass). This is done once.
• Players under the age of 12 must complete the Daily Health Declaration form. This is required each visit to the rink.
• All players/coaches/referees regardless of vaccination status must wear a mask while practicing or playing in a game.
• Masks are required to be worn by all individuals in all off ice locations, including common areas, bathrooms, and in locker rooms.
• Each family is only allowed one spectator per player to enter the facility.
